wow, it's been quite a while since I've updated you guys about what's been going on in my life. I still spend a lot of time on here, I just don't really make sets very often.
 
I started college in mid-August. I'm going for my associate's degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management. my semester ends on Tuesday! I'm going to be taking a few classes this summer as well so I can get some more of my gen eds out of the way.
 
here are the classes I've taken so far & the ones I will be taking through this December:

-Accounting Quickbooks (fall 2011)

-Math w/ Business Apps (fall 2011)
-Business Intro (fall 2011)
-Customer Service (spring 2012)
-Economics (spring 2012)
-Hospitality Finance (spring 2012)
-Selling Principles (spring 2012)
-Speech (spring 2012)
-Intro to Windows (summer 2012)
-Race, Ethnic & Diversity (summer 2012)
-Thinking Critically and Creatively (summer 2012)
-Hotel Management (fall 2012)
-Bus and Info Tech Prep (fall 2012)
-Hospitality Facilities Management (fall 2012)
-Marketing Principles (fall 2012)
-Workplace Innovation (fall 2012)
 
so far, my classes have been mostly for the full semester, with one class that would switch to another half way through (8 week class vs. 17 week). this fall though, I have two classes from August to December, the rest are all 6 week classes, so I will only be taking up to, I think, 4 classes at once. and even then, that's only for 4 weeks!
 
other than school, I've still been working at the motel. mostly just on the weekends, but I've still picked up a few extra hours. we had our week-long annual Halloween festival, and our first annual week-long Valentine's festival this year! we're getting everything in place for when the musicians come for a week in June. I'm beyond excited; I love having everyone home. :)
 
I've also gotten to see some of our musicians between the events. some have come up to see us, and others have had concerts in the area.
 
I still have my preschool gymnastics class at the Y as well. this summer will be my sixth year helping with day camp! I'm going to be a co-counselor this year, and it's already a lot of extra work.
 
I've also been working on photography stuff too :)
